About Us

We are a family of four humans (2 big+2 little) two working dogs and 5 feathered friends. We enjoy growing our own veggies, building epic cubby houses and exploring nature. We are investigating how we can make changes to live a more sustainable existence. We cook a lot of our own food, using our chickens’ eggs and have recycled items discarded on building sites to create our cubby house. We are neurodivergent and we research what that means and how it influences the way we experience the world.

Join our Forest School, Bush Kinder, Nature Play and Bush Playgroup programs currently running on the Mornington Peninsula, in locations such as; Arthurs Seat Park, Mount Martha, Mushroom Reef Marine Sanctuary, Mornington & Frankston.

The Briars Nursery

The Briars Nursery grows beautiful plants, indigenous to the peninsula as well as a range of native Australian plants, ready for your garden. The talented team collects seed from local species for wholesale and retail sale to the public. The range includes ground covers, grasses, wildflowers, shrubs and trees.
